Instructions on How to Install Windows 10 Preview Build 10147:
1). Download Windows 10 Insider preview build 10147 from above link(get started).

2). After the download extract the files using an Winrar, 7zip, ISO image Opener.
3). Open the extracted folder and double click on setup.exe.
4). Give the required permissions and then Setup will check for required Upgrades.
We recommend your Wi-fi to be in a Switch on mode, so that Windows installs you latest builds.It's better to opt Download and Install Updates(Recommended) though it takes time to get installed but for latest builds its always better.
5). After Checking for Updates/Upgrades setup will now direct to Terms & Conditions Dialog box, Click on Accept.
6). And their you go, rest is taken up by the Machine itself, Just stay Patient and cool till the installation gets done.
