However from an Internal memo, Microsoft's Satya Nadella (CEO of Microsoft) is being noticed as bringing some new tough changes to Microsoft this year.
Well in the Internal memo Satya Nadella said:
We will need to innovate in new areas, execute against our plans, make some tough choices in areas where things are not working and solve hard problems in ways that drive customer value.

But however when few tough changes are to be taken by Microsoft, then the eye catching thing will always be the Windows Phone and Nadella's Nokia Inheritance from Steve Ballmer.
Will Windows Phone |
Its June and July for Microsoft, which bring/end few responsibilities, Milestones, Budgets etc etc.
Well Nadella has already made a kick-off to the next year, since he kicked off coming year by saying Good Bye to the Ex-CEO of Nokia Stephen Elop who led Microsoft's Phone business since April 2014.

And Stephen Elop is not the only, their have been more than 18000 employees being fired by Nadella.
Earlier this year in April, Microsoft's Satya Nadella stated:
Things are going so badly with phone hardware.Phone hardware is not meeting its sales milestones, volumes, revenue goals. Windows phones are not meeting our expectation.
Windows Phones has pushed Microsoft into loses, since the phone hardware unit made $4m million losses on gross margin, It added to my surprise when Microsoft announced its number of sales i.e just 8.6 million whereas the other partner that sells Windows on their own brand have sold more 24.7milion Windows Phone than the Giant Lumia itself.
Microsoft acquired, Nokia for $7.2 billion with huge expectation and Milestones, the phone hardware reporting unit is an elevated risk, Microsoft hasn't experienced any profits via Windows Phone.
When compared to Android phone sale its lot less than 255 Million Android phones sold in the same timespan.
Final Words:
Every decision from Nadella after July 1st be so tough to hear.
Do you think Nadella will quit Windows Phones.
What is he planning for? Will that be the same Android stuff from Microsoft too?
